Land prices surge on the city's outskirts
Land prices in Yangon’s outskirts have risen as much as 30 percent since the beginning of the year, resulting in an increase of more than 100pc over last year in some locations, especially those adjacent to industrial zones and new housing projects, real estate agents say.
